Position Title: Territory Sales Manager
Job Location: Wichita, Kansas
Employment Type: Full Time
Summary: The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for sales in a defined region of the United States.
Duties:
- Assists field reps in account strategy
- Active management of all aspects of customer relations and revenue growth
- Collaborates effectively with established field reps
- Evaluates under-performing agencies and determine best path forward
- Stays current on new product developments
- Maximizes business potential in the territory
- Achieves ultimate customer satisfaction
Job Requirements:
- Business degree or equivalent experience
- 5 or more years of sales and management experience
- Prior experience with manufacturers reps desired
- Familiarity with applicable codes and standards for products
- Demonstrated problem solving and negotiation skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills
- Self-motivated
- Dependable
- Up to 40 percent travel
- The successful candidate must reside or be able to relocate to the Wichita area
