Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $15.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Sat: 07:00 AM – 03:00 PM
• Sun: 07:00 AM – 03:00 PM

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out site‑specific procedures, access‑related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, property‑related concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant information with property management and/or emergency services when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security‑related concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other assigned areas for unusual activity, assist with visitor direction and/or access control practices, and report maintenance or life‑protection issues observed during patrols.
• Support a professional presence throughout the location by following post orders, communicating clearly with tenants and/or guests, and completing routine reports related to daily activities and incidents.

• At least 6 months of security‑related experience is required.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
