, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. Join Allied Universal as an Access Control Officer at a dynamic logistics location, where you will monitor entry points, verify credentials, and help support a smooth flow of people and vehicles. In this role, you will remain visible, respond to security-related concerns, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication.

Day Time Wed 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Thur 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Fri 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Sat 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
What You'll Do- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and vendors by following site-specific access procedures, badge verification practices, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Monitor entry and exit points, help to deter unauthorized access, and confirm credentials, delivery paperwork, and/or visitor information before allowing access to the location.
- Maintain detailed access logs, incident documentation, and other required records related to visitors, deliveries, trailers, and/or contractor activity.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and unusual activity in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or first responders as needed.
- Support security-related operations at a logistics location by observing gate activity, reporting policy violations, and helping with orderly traffic flow for vehicles and pedestrians.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
