, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. Join Allied Universal at a dynamic tech, media, and telecom location where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this unarmed role, you will support daily operations with agility, reliability, and integrity while being part of a caring, innovative team that puts people first.

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology, media, and telecommunications location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout offices, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and/or security-related risks.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and help to deter unauthorized access in accordance with site policies and post instructions.
• Support day-to-day operations by reporting suspicious activity, assisting with directions and general inquiries, and following established communication procedures for security-related matters.

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
