Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and credentials, document visitor and vehicle activity, and deter unauthorized access in a chemical and petrochemical location;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or public responders as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, perimeter, gates, and restricted areas;
Prepare logs and reports related to access activity, incidents, and other security-related observations, and report unusual conditions according to site procedures
