We are hiring a
** Retail Security Guard

** Security & Patrol**

• Patrol assigned areas or maintain a fixed post to monitor activity
• Control access points and manage pedestrian/vehicle traffic
• Identify and report suspicious activity, incidents, or safety

concerns

• Respond to alarms, emergencies, and on-site incidents

** Monitoring & Reporting**

• Monitor CCTV cameras and security systems
• Complete daily activity logs, incident reports, and required

documentation

• Maintain awareness of surroundings at all times

** Safety & Compliance**

• Follow all post orders, company policies, and safety procedures
• Maintain knowledge of emergency response protocols
• Inspect property for safety risks (fire hazards, equipment issues,

etc.

• Support loss prevention and recommend safety improvements

** Customer Service**

• Greet and assist customers, employees, and visitors in a

professional manner

• Provide directions and support as needed
• Maintain a visible, approachable presence on-site

** Required**

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to stay alert and respond calmly in emergency situations
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions
• Ability to write clear and accurate reports
• Must present a professional appearance and demeanor
• City Security license is required upon hire, we can help you obtain

this

• Must be at least 21 years of age

** Preferred**

• Prior security or customer-facing experience
• Familiarity with CCTV, alarms, or access control systems

• High School Diploma and/or equivalent (GED).
• Must be willing to submit to a background and drug screen; any offer

of employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a

background investigation.

• Valid drivers license required.
• City Security license is required upon hire.
