Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.;
Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations calmly following site protocols.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of healthcare facility interiors, exteriors, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity.;
Monitor and report security-related concerns, hazards, unusual activity, and access-control issues to appropriate personnel.;
Maintain accurate activity, incident, and patrol documentation
