The City of North Richland Hills Police Department is seeking qualified individuals for part-time Campus Police Officer positions assigned to elementary schools within the Birdville School Districts.   • Maintain a visible, reassuring presence on campus.
  • Ensure safety through patrol and monitoring of school grounds.

  • Serve as liaison between the school and public safety resources.
  • Schedule & Pay
    • The position will generally follow the BISD school schedule. On occasion, Officers may be required to attend training or work additional assignments when school is not in session.
    • Competitive hourly rate: $40.91/hr. depending on experience].

    What We're Looking For
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Two years of prior continuous service as a full-time paid police officer.
    • Valid Texas Class C Driver’s License.
    • TCOLE Basic Peace Officer License.
    • Must be able to pass an annual physical fitness test.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with children.
