Mason

Conco Construction, a self‑performing regional leader in the commercial construction industry, is seeking a skilled Mason to join their crew in Wichita, KS. The Mason will play a crucial role in ensuring each project is built safely, accurately, and efficiently.

• Read architectural plans for layout.
• Lay blocks and brick.
• Read structural plans for rebar/ reinforcing drawings.
• Set door frames and steel lintels.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned based on experience and performance.

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds or greater occasionally and 25–50 pounds frequently.
• Must be able to work outdoors and stand for the majority of the day.
• Must be able to perform tasks while walking, climbing, bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and handling materials.

• Comply with all safety rules and regulations.
• Arrive on time to the job site.

• Wages are based on experience and performance.
• Must be able to work outside normal operating hours (7 am–4 pm, winter/fall 7 am–3:30 pm, spring/summer).
• Employees are responsible for transportation to and from the job site.
