United Uptime Services, a fast-growing leader in the petroleum services industry, is looking for an energetic and hardworking Construction Installation Foreman in Wichita to assist in the construction of fueling infrastructure such as fuel tanks, piping systems, fuel dispensers and even EV charging stations.

What We Offer

  • Schedule - 40 hours/week, Day Shift, currently averaging 10+/hours of OT weekly

  • Per diem - daily when working on qualifying out of town job sites

What You Will Do

  • Perform and participate in daily morning safety meetings
  • Gather materials for current project work
  • Complete all the daily tasks in a safely manner
  • Daily Tasks could be - excavation for underground tanks/piping, remodel of existing equipment, concrete work, loader/excavator use, crane/telebelt use.
  • Installing all petroleum related materials and parts required per state, local and industry codes
  • Work collaboratively with coworkers, subcontractors, and Inspectors to ensure our customers receive the highest level of service.

How You Will Do It

  • Work safely and adhere to all policies and procedures
  • Utilize hand and power tools to effectively complete job duties on site such as excavating, fabricating, welding, etc
  • Able to work outside and with your hands in various temperatures and environments
  • Able to lift heavy objects up to 100lbs on occasion and 50lbs on a regular basis
  • Able to read basic blueprints/schematics and effectively use a tape measure

What We Look For

  • Strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and a safety first mindset
  • Must possess a High School diploma or GED AND a valid driver's license – Class A CDL Preferred
  • Pass Background check, Drug Screen, DOT card (required)
  • Must be willing to travel occasionally including overnight stays (10% overnight travel)
  • Heavy equipment operation is preferred - excavator, skid steer, forklift, backhoe, etc
  • Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems is preferred
