A family-run FM service provider is seeking an Air Conditioning / HVAC Maintenance Engineer to cover multiple commercial buildings in London. The successful candidate will perform PPM and reactive maintenance duties, primarily on mechanical equipment including pumps, air handling units, and BMS systems. Required qualifications include a City & Guilds / NVQ in Mechanical or Air Conditioning and F-Gas Cat 1.
The role offers a salary of up to £52,000, 20 days holiday, a travel card, and opportunities for training and development.
