• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Technical school or certificate in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, or mechanics
• 10+ years of experience in facilities / building maintenance or skilled trades
• Broad knowledge across multiple trades, with demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general building issues
• Strong mechanical aptitude; able to safely and effectively use a wide range of tools and equipment
• Solid understanding of preventive maintenance, safety practices, and applicable building codes
• Proven track record of completing projects promptly, thoroughly, and to a high standard of quality
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction as well as collaboratively in a team environment
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in indoor/outdoor environments year-round

• Trade licenses or certifications (e.g., HVAC, ASE, journeyman-level)
• Experience with fleet/vehicle maintenance or small engine repair
• Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
