We’re looking for a reliable Handyman / Repair Technician to help with repairs, prep work, and general property improvement projects. This role may include drywall work, siding repairs, trim repairs, wood rot replacement, painting prep, and general handyman work.

• Drywall installation
• Drywall finishing
• Siding repair
• Trim repair
• Wood rot replacement
• Painting prep work
• General repair work
• Use basic tools and construction skills daily

• Keep jobsites clean and organized
• Work safely on ladders and lifts
• Communicate with crew leaders and superintendents
• Follow company systems and processes

• Shows up on time (non-negotiable)

• Physically capable of ladders, lifting, and outdoor work
