Starting $27+ hourly, depending on experience and trade knowledge.

We are a full-service Nationwide General Contractor that is the industry leader in disaster restoration. Service Master DSI is the nation's largest Service Master franchise, and we have locations throughout the country. We are known for quality restoration and construction, great customer service and we are always busy.

We are looking for a full‑time skilled tradesman with remodeling experience (drywall, painting, tile, flooring, carpentry, mechanical). The more skills you have the more we can offer you. We work on anything from a small patch and paint to a complete home rebuild. With our consistent workload, great leadership and a well‑rounded team, this is a highly sought‑after opportunity for you to find a permanent home.

Pay starts at $27+ per hour. Rates are negotiable based on your unique skills and knowledge. Additionally, you receive a daily vehicle stipend for travel expenses. Six major holidays are paid, and you accrue paid time off as you work. Overtime is paid at 40+ hours and double time after 60+ hours. There are advancement opportunities. You will work on construction phases, not water mitigation.

• Minimum 10 years experience in the construction trades
• Must have remodeling experience and be proficient in drywall, finish carpentry, painting
• Lead and/or management experience necessary
• Ability to train other carpenters
• Reliable and hardworking
• Provide your own tools
• Excellent communication skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Previous restoration experience is a plus
• Able to move and lift 50+ lbs.
• Pass background check and drug screen
