In this role you'll be exclusively installing Pella windows and doors in a variety of settings including Residential remodel and new construction, yet with an emphasis on Commercial applications. We offer a premium product and aim to deliver a premium experience for our customers. Every project will offer variety, as you may be leaning on trim carpentry skills one day and standing in a boom lift on a commercial site the next.

To be successful in this role, you must be able to think outside the box and react quickly to keep projects moving on schedule.

• Install windows and doors in residential and commercial environments
• Complete jobs onsite to Pella installation guidelines and customer satisfaction
• Manage an install crew onsite to ensure all codes, safety requirements, and quality concerns are met
• Manage time and materials to stay on schedule
• Communicate effectively with internal and external customer to keep everyone on the same page

• High School/GED
• 2-3 years residential or commercial construction and/or remodeling experience
• Clean driving record
• Basic construction related math skills
• Basic Computer Skills

• 5+ years construction experience
• Crew lead or supervisory experience in construction
• GC License holder
• OSHA certified
• Finish carpentry experience

This job does have supervisory responsibilities including the supervision, coaching, and development of crew members.

• This role may require local (State) travel and multi-day overnight stays during the regular work week.
• The employee must frequently lift and/or move.
• 8’ door panels without assistance
• 36” wide sashes without assistance
• 80 pounds from floor level several times a day without assistance
• Heavy oversized glass
• The employee will frequently work from a ladder up to 30’ in the air and/or scaffolding or exposed to working in buildings and window openings up to 10 stories with all proper safety equipment and measures in place.
• While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, and lift.
