In this role you’ll be exclusively installing Pella windows and doors in a variety of settings, including residential remodel and new construction, with an emphasis on commercial applications. You will deliver a premium product and premium experience to our customers. Every project offers variety: you may be leaning on trim carpentry skills one day and standing in a boom lift on a commercial site the next.

You must think outside the box and react quickly to keep projects moving on schedule.

• Install windows and doors in residential and commercial environments
• Complete jobs on site to Pella installation guidelines and customer satisfaction
• Manage an install crew onsite to ensure all codes, safety requirements, and quality concerns are met
• Manage time and materials to stay on schedule
• Communicate effectively with internal and external customers to keep everyone on the same page

• High School/GED
• 2‑3 years residential or commercial construction and/or remodeling experience
• Clean driving record
• Basic construction‑related math skills
• Basic computer skills

• 5+ years construction experience
• Crew lead or supervisory experience in construction
• GC license holder
• OSHA certified
• Finish carpentry experience

This job includes supervisory responsibilities such as the supervision, coaching, and development of crew members.

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to weather‑related conditions, in‑home conditions and commercial building/construction environments.
• This role may require local (State) travel and multi‑day overnight stays during the regular work week.
• The employee must frequently lift and/or move items, including 8‑ft. door panels without assistance, 36‑in. wide sashes without assistance, 80 lb. from floor level several times a day without assistance, heavy oversized glass, and frequently work from a ladder up to 30 ft. in the air and/or scaffolding or exposed to work in buildings and window openings up to 10 stories with all proper safety equipment and measures in place.
