Job Description:Southwestern Remodeling is seeking a detail-oriented Finish Carpenter with a passion for craftsmanship and precision. This role focuses on high-quality finish work and detailed installation on remodeling projects throughout the Wichita area.
Responsibilities:- Complete detailed finish carpentry work with precision
- Install trim, finishing elements, doors and specialty features
- Tile installation, schluter experience is preferred, drywall finishing, light interior framing
- Ensure completed work meets high aesthetic and quality standards
- Identify and resolve finish issues proactively
- Maintain jobsite cleanliness and organization
- Collaborate with crews to ensure seamless project completion
- Previous finish carpentry experience preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Commitment to delivering high-quality finished work
