You can expect to conduct thorough inspections, maintenance, modifications, and repairs on Cessna and Beechcraft aircraft models. Your responsibilities may include (but are not limited no):
- Mechanical Duties: Perform a variety of mechanical tasks on various aircraft models, including diagnosing malfunctions, disassembly, rework, repair, replacement, reassembly, and adjustment of aircraft systems to prepare for flight and delivery.
- Engine and Airframe Maintenance: Perform troubleshooting, inspection, and repair of turbine engines, including engine run-ups. Carry out airframe system and component changes, systems checkout, and install service bulletins and kits on both airframes and engines.
- Use of Tools and Equipment: Utilize equipment such as tensiometers, micrometers, pressure gauges, dial gauges, vacuum gauges, timing lights, and various hand tools to repair or modify systems or assemblies.
- High school education, GED, or a bonze level Work Keys certification required.
- A & P License is required.
- Knowledge of 100‑hour, annual, and progressive inspection procedures as per FAR 43 is required.
- Experience with diversified jet, turboprop, and piston aircraft maintenance, including modifications and aircraft/flight maintenance.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience with diversified jet, turboprop, piston, modification, aircraft/flight maintenance.
- 401(k) company match + additional annual contribution equal to 4% of eligible compensation.
- Automatic increases every 3 months up to top of grade per contract.
