• Respond promptly to field services management communication within 24 hours.
• Keep availability updated and accurate.
• Complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates.
• Install and build displays, end caps, and fixturing.
• Complete necessary forms, images, and surveys before leaving each job site.
• Maintain and update displays according to planograms and client requests.
• Conduct break‑fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures are fully functional.
• Participate in early‑morning installations and team installations involving 2+ people, providing solution feedback.
• Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines.
• Assist other team members as needed.
• Adhere to timelines for accurate timecard submission; report anomalies daily.
• Work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Participate in and complete training and certification programs.
• Accurately track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems/workflows.
• Be available for weekend assignments as needed.
• Accept and schedule all assigned jobs within 48 hours of receipt.
• Follow all directives to execute tasks fully and completely.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the shared services team, clients, retailers, and field representatives.
• Demonstrate professionalism, effective communication, and strong leadership abilities.
• Provide and receive feedback to continually improve customer and client satisfaction.

• Must be 18 or older and authorized to work in the United States.
• Flexible availability Monday through Friday; weekend and holiday availability as needed; early‑morning and late‑night availability as needed.
• Maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period.
• Physical abilities: climb a ladder up to 10 feet; safely lift and carry up to 60 lbs; kneel, walk, crouch, bend over, handle/grasp, and reach overhead.
• Adaptability: adjust to the ever‑changing variety of tasks and work environments.
• Effective communication via phone, text, and email to coordinate tasks and provide updates.
• Use a smartphone for clocking, uploading photos, downloading applications, and internet connectivity.
• High school diploma or equivalent; previous retail or merchandising experience beneficial but not mandatory.
• Preferred installation and merchandising experience; proficiency with hand and power tools; ability to follow planogram (POG) directives and secondary communication.
• Must own an Android or Apple mobile device to upload photos and data; must navigate communication platforms independently.
• Transportation: reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, proof of insurance; willingness to travel up to 90 miles from home per assignment.
• Superior leadership skills and strong professional communication and presentation abilities.
• Sound judgment, problem‑solving, exceptional time‑management, and reporting skills.
