- Year 1: 80 hrs - Years 2–4: 120 hrs - 5+ Years: 160 hrs 20% Rent Discount at any Monarch-owned community, terms & conditions apply up to $4,000 match or 3%, whichever is greater What You'll Be Doing:
• Complete resident work orders quickly & professionally
• Turn units between residents (make-ready repairs)
• Interior/exterior painting & staining
• HVAC troubleshooting & repairs
• Grounds maintenance & preventative care
• Keep maintenance areas clean & organized
• Participate in emergency on-call rotation

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• HVAC certification (preferred)
• EPA license (preferred)
• CPO certification (preferred – saltwater pool)
• Experience with painting, drywall, light electrical, basic plumbing
• Great communication & customer service skills
• Strong problem-solving ability
