Pavement Marking Laborer

Cillessen & Sons Inc., a family-owned and growing company, is seeking entry-level Pavement Marking Laborers to join a supportive and friendly team. As a Pavement Marking Laborer, you will play a key part in maintaining safe and clearly marked roadways, parking lots, and airfields throughout Kansas.

• Apply pavement markings on roads, highways, parking lots, and airfields
• Operate and maintain striping equipment and paint trucks
• Assist with layout and measurements to ensure accuracy of markings
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently
• Follow safety standards and job specifications at all times
• Travel occasionally for out-of-town projects within Kansas

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a drug screen
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Reliable and team‑oriented attitude

$17–$19 per hour based on experience. Full‑time position with opportunities for overtime.
