Residential Maintenance Technician

Mayroad is seeking a Residential Maintenance Technician to support privatized military housing communities. In this field-based role, you will complete work orders, perform preventive maintenance, and respond to emergency repairs across homes and common areas, ensuring safe, comfortable, and code-compliant residences for military families. You will diagnose and repair basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance issues while adhering to safety standards and military housing requirements.

Collaborating closely with site operations, you'll prioritize resident satisfaction, clear communication, and timely problem resolution in a mission-driven environment.
