Fence Foreman

We are seeking a Fence Foreman to lead and manage fence installation projects. The ideal candidate will have a background in construction, welding, and team management. This role requires hands-on experience with tools and equipment as well as the ability to oversee and coordinate a small crew of 1-2 helpers to ensure efficient project completion.

• Lead and oversee fence installation and repair projects, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines.
• Perform welding tasks, including tacking and securing latches, to construct durable and secure fences.
• Utilize a variety of construction tools and equipment to complete installations safely and efficiently.
• Manage, train, and direct a small crew (1-2 helpers), ensuring productivity and safety on job sites.
• Interpret and follow blueprints, job specifications, and work orders.
• Maintain and enforce safety protocols and proper tool handling.
• Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and supervisors to ensure project expectations are met.
• Troubleshoot and problem-solve issues that arise during installations.
• Maintain accurate records of materials, labor, and project progress.
