Maintain the day-to-day maintenance activities of HVAC systems and equipment, refrigeration equipment and electromechanical areas through the processing of work requests and monitoring work progress of DDC controls and Building Automation System;
Read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals and schematics and maintain manufacturers' specifications;
Inspect, calibrate and repair pneumatic temperature controls, regulators, control circuits, DDC control devices and Building Automation System;
Test, troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, pump and piping systems, electrical/electronic/pneumatic temperature control systems and electrical distribution systems;
Perform preventive maintenance on a regular schedule
