R-2 Contractors is seeking an experienced Utility-Scale Trenching Foreman to lead field crews on trenching and underground conduit projects nationwide. You will plan daily work, coordinate crews and equipment, read drawings, and ensure work meets safety and quality standards.
The role requires 5+ years in trenching and 2+ years as a foreman, with strong leadership and a willingness to travel extensively to active project sites across the United States. Salary is hourly with union-rate alignment.
