We're looking for an experienced HVAC Installer to join our Wichita team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled installer who enjoys leading projects, takes pride in quality workmanship, and wants to grow with a stable company.

- Install HVAC equipment, ductwork, and complete mechanical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and installation specifications
- Lead installation projects while maintaining high workmanship standards
- Coordinate materials and jobsite activities to keep projects on schedule
- Ensure installations meet safety, quality, and code requirements
- Work professionally with customers, contractors, and fellow team members
- 5+ years of HVAC installation experience
- Strong experience installing split systems, package units, RTUs, furnaces, heat pumps, and ductwork
- Ability to read blueprints and work independently
- Experience leading installation projects or mentoring junior installers preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- EPA Certification preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a background check
Preferred Experience
- Commercial HVAC installation
- Sheet metal and ductwork installation
- Equipment change-outs
- New construction and retrofit projects
- Light refrigeration experience is a plus
