The City of Wichita is seeking an irrigation and grounds maintenance worker to perform irrigation repairs, install irrigation equipment, stock supplies in the work truck, and assist with grounds keeping duties outside.
Responsibilities include testing irrigation systems, installing nozzles/valves/pipes, and repairing systems, with supervision of lower-level staff. CDL Class A and Backflow Tester certification must be obtained within six months.
