• $90,000–$110,000 per year (performance-based, uncapped)

Someone who:

• Has at least 2 years of electrical experience (residential, light commercial, or mixed background)
• Enjoys working with people and serving others
• Wants each day to be new, different, challenging, and interesting
• Is ready to step away from repetitive, same-site work
• Takes pride in quality, safety, and customer experience
• Wants to grow personally and professionally

• Solve customer electrical issues—from simple installations to complex troubleshooting
• Install and service:
  • Light fixtures, fans, switches, receptacles, GFCIs
  • Panels, grounding, generators, and more
• Perform complex troubleshooting and quality control testing
• Educate customers on repair vs. replacement options
• Price projects and document work using Service Titan on iPad
• Identify materials and quantities needed for jobs
• Maintain a safe work environment and leave homes safer than you found them
• Keep company vehicle clean and well maintained Skills & Requirements
  • 2+ years of hands-on residential services electrical experience
  • Licensed
  • Comfortable working with customers and explaining solutions clearly
  • Strong iPad / technology skills (Service Titan experience a plus—we’ll train the right person)
  • Physically able to work in attics, crawlspaces, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Must own hand and power tools
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Able to pass background check, drug test, and MVR
  • High school diploma or GED
