Compensation: $43,000 - $60,000 depending on experience

Our company is rapidly growing, and we are expanding our irrigation group. If you love working outside this role will involve irrigation installation, service repairs and excellent customer service skills.

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual looking to grow their career in the irrigation industry. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is passionate about irrigation systems and lawn care. A continual learner striving to master the craft while seeking opportunities to further develop and expand our service offerings. Our training program will help you build your skillset to be successful in this position.

As a Ryan irrigation specialist, you will work with our customers to provide solutions and improvements to their irrigation systems.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who:

• 2 years of irrigation experience preferred
• Certified Irrigation Technician preferred, but not required
• Has a thorough knowledge of irrigation practices
• Is committed to providing excellent customer service
• Has strong problem-solving skills
• Is willing to be a team player
• Is happy to work in all weather conditions
• Has the ability to lead an install crew or manage a service route
• Has a willingness to learn new skills and work outside of the department to help the company achieve its goals.
