• Perform general building and facility maintenance, both interior and exterior
• Perform basic plumbing repairs and maintenance
• Utilize intermediate knowledge of electrical systems to troubleshoot and complete repairs
• Conduct basic machinery repair and preventative maintenance
• Safely use ladders and aerial lifts (comfort working at heights is required)
• Perform other maintenance-related duties as assigned

• Ability to work 1st shift
• Must provide own safety-toed footwear and basic hand and power tools
• Ability to pass a pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check
