Position Summary

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the property's buildings, apartments, grounds, and equipment to ensure a safe, attractive, and well-maintained community. This position requires a motivated professional who can work independently while providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Complete service requests promptly and professionally.
  • Perform apartment turns, including repairs, painting, and punch-out work.
  • Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general building systems.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance on community equipment and common areas.
  • Maintain property appearance, including grounds and amenities.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergency maintenance.
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company policies and local building codes.
  • Maintain accurate records of completed work orders and inventory.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of apartment maintenance experience .
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, appliance repair, and general carpentry.
  • EPA Certification (Universal or Type II) .
  • Ability to troubleshoot maintenance issues efficiently.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
