Install, service, and troubleshoot residential and light commercial elevators and lifts to code across Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma and Arkansas.
What you will do- Install and commission residential elevators, vertical platform lifts, and stairlifts
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults using schematics and a multimeter
- Perform preventive maintenance, safety tests, and adjustments
- Read and work from blueprints, wiring diagrams, and manufacturer prints
- Keep accurate service records and communicate clearly with homeowners
- Work safely at heights and in confined spaces per code and company policy
- Elevator mechanic license strongly preferred (or documented progress toward one)
- Solid electrical and mechanical aptitude; comfortable reading schematics
- Experience with hand and power tools, hoisting equipment, and test meters
- Valid driver license and clean driving record
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders and in tight spaces
- Professional, respectful presence in customers’ homes
