- Provide compassionate, evidence-based clinical instruction and behavior-reduction protocols grounded in ABA principles.
- Mentor and coach new staff with clarity, patience, and hands‑on support.
- Lead client team meetings, maintain open communication, and manage data so everyone has the tools they need to succeed.
- Adapt gracefully to changing schedules and client needs while protecting a positive, solutions-focused team environment.
- Create clear, accurate, and professional documentation.
- Keep sessions focused and productive, even in dynamic or distracting environments.
- Take initiative, "roll up your sleeves," and collaborate to achieve both individual and organizational goals.
- Strong communication and active listening skills with families, teammates, and new hires.
- A natural ability to build rapport, even under stress.
- Experience training others, offering constructive feedback, and cultivating confidence in new staff.
- Adaptability, logical problem‑solving skills, and a heart for teamwork.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word/Excel and Google Workspace.
- Commitment to Little Stars' creed of integrity, compassion, and growth.
Preferred:
At least 6 months of ABA or related experience, but we're open to training the right candidate who embodies our values.
