Animator/Rice in Out-of-School Timecare and Extracurricular Activities

The Community of Communes of the Canton of Erstein, whose headquarters is located in Benfeld near the train station, is the result of a merger of three communities of communes. Ideally located between Strasbourg and Colmar, it brings together 28 municipalities on its territory, from the gates of the Euro metropolis to those of Sélestat. The Community of Communes is part of a strong dynamic of growth and development through its skills and services provided to the population.

The Human Resources and Services to the Population Pole of the Community of Communes of the Canton of Erstein recruits out-of-school timecare animators. Under the authority of the structure manager and in collaboration with the animation team, the animator welcomes and animates groups of children, participates in the development of projects (pedagogical and animation), designs and implements activities within the framework of the pedagogical project.

The animator ensures the physical and emotional safety of the child.

KNOWLEDGE:
Development of the physical, psychological, affective and behavioral aspects of children from 3 to 10 years old, Regulations related to the organization of an out-of-school timecare and the implementation of activities (hygiene, safety…), Regulations related to the Collective Minors' Welcome (Youth and Sports), Values and objectives of the community, Tools for the implementation of educational actions, Techniques of guidance, activities, observation and listening, Notions in balanced diet (particularly for school catering), Rhythms of the child.
