Foster Adopt Connect is seeking a Community Connection Youthrive (CCYT) Specialist in Kansas to provide one-on-one services for young adults ages 17–26 who are in or from foster care. You will help set goals for a successful transition from foster care to independent adulthood and connect them with community resources.
You will build trust, coordinate supports, and empower young adults with guidance while traveling as needed.
