ASW | Adult & Youth Case Manager

Wichita, KS $37,099 - $52,099 a year

Join a compassionate team as an Adult & Youth Case Manager providing direct community-based mental health and applied behavior analysis services. This role focuses on supporting children and adults facing significant mental health and social challenges by delivering evidence-based interventions in home, school, or community settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement skill training aligned with treatment goals using evidence-based practices, with measurable outcomes determined by qualified professionals.
  • Follow treatment plans developed by BCBA/Autism Specialists and participate in regular supervision and training sessions.
  • Deliver intensive, interactive mental health and behavioral services using a strengths-based, skill-building approach.
  • Collaborate with families and treatment teams to develop and maintain client-centered treatment plans.
  • Support clients and families in understanding symptoms and exploring solutions, while facilitating connections to natural community supports.
  • Coordinate mental and physical healthcare services and maintain communication among clients, providers, families, and community partners.
Education & Experience
  • Required:

    Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field; or Associate's degree plus 2+ years of relevant experience; or equivalent combination totaling 4+ years.
  • Preferred:
    Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, or Special Education with specialized training in human development and family dynamics.
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in mental health or related services is preferred.
Licenses & Certifications
  • Completion of CPST Case Management online training, KHS online training, and passing background checks including KBI, child and adult abuse registries, and motor vehicle screening.
  • Completion of state-required Adult Mental Health Case Management training within 60 days of hire.
  • Completion of Intensive Individual Support training within 6 months of hire.
  • Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable vehicle required.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work autonomously with flexibility and accountability.
