AHRS Software Engineer

Software Engineer – Embedded Systems (Avionics & Power Electronics)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design software for avionics, power electronics, and battery systems, with a focus on AHRS (Attitude and Heading Reference Systems) and INS (Inertial Navigation Systems)
• Develop software‑defined features leveraging cutting‑edge sensor technologies
• Create intellectual property for advanced cockpit displays, instruments, and navigation references
• Integrate local and remote sensor inputs into aviation systems
• Develop solutions for:
  • Data conversion and storage
  • Lithium battery management
  • AC and DC power conversion
  • In‑seat power applications
• Support global customers across general, business, and commercial aviation sectors
• Contribute to delivering best‑in‑class avionics and aircraft power system solutions

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related discipline
• Minimum 10 years of experience designing embedded software systems
• At least 5 years as a principal designer of AHRS and INS technologies
• Minimum 5 years of experience in inertial sensor characterization and calibration
• Skilled in hands‑on work with target hardware and lab bench debugging tools
• Strong programming proficiency in C
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools
• Detail‑oriented and highly organized
• Results‑driven with a focus on quality and performance
• Strong problem‑solving and critical thinking abilities
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
