Data Analytic Research Deputy Director
The Data Analytic Research Deputy Director (Position #K0247577) directs the organization’s data analytics strategy to ensure alignment with overall business goals and to drive effective, data‑informed decision‑making.
Responsibilities- Manage execution of analytics projects, guiding project teams and ensuring analytics solutions delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards.
- Mentor and oversee data analytics team members to foster professional growth and sustain high team performance.
- Collaborate with executive leadership, assess organizational needs, set clear priorities, and establish guidelines through strategic planning and industry best practices.
- Hourly Pay Range: $38.00 – $44.00
- Salary may vary based on education, experience, or qualifications.

- Minimum Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in public health, data science, statistics, economics, public policy, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years progressively responsible experience in healthcare analytics, research, or program evaluation.
- Demonstrated experience managing teams and complex projects.
- Expertise in Medicaid data, policy, or program administration strongly preferred.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access.
- Proofreading, editing, attention to detail.
- Independent judgment and advanced problem‑solving, analytical skills.
- Ability to build reports and analysis tools.
- Experience in auditing or quality monitoring techniques.
- Knowledge of Medicaid regulations and managed healthcare.
- Experience with contract enforcement, program auditing, data collection, evaluation.
