The Data Analytic Research Deputy Director (Position #K0247577) directs the organization’s data analytics strategy to ensure alignment with overall business goals and to drive effective, data‑informed decision‑making.

• Manage execution of analytics projects, guiding project teams and ensuring analytics solutions delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards.
• Mentor and oversee data analytics team members to foster professional growth and sustain high team performance.
• Collaborate with executive leadership, assess organizational needs, set clear priorities, and establish guidelines through strategic planning and industry best practices.

• Hourly Pay Range: $38.00 – $44.00
• Salary may vary based on education, experience, or qualifications.

• Education: High School, GED (minimum).
• Licensing & Certification: Valid driver’s license required.
• Minimum Qualifications:
  • Undergraduate degree in public health, data science, statistics, economics, public policy, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years progressively responsible experience in healthcare analytics, research, or program evaluation.
  • Demonstrated experience managing teams and complex projects.
  • Expertise in Medicaid data, policy, or program administration strongly preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access.
  • Proofreading, editing, attention to detail.
  • Independent judgment and advanced problem‑solving, analytical skills.
  • Ability to build reports and analysis tools.
  • Experience in auditing or quality monitoring techniques.
  • Knowledge of Medicaid regulations and managed healthcare.
  • Experience with contract enforcement, program auditing, data collection, evaluation.
