Lead Quality Engineer – Lead II - Software Testing

UST is searching for a Lead Quality Engineer who will design and develop automation scripts using Selenium (Java)/Playwright (Typescript), Appium and REST API frameworks.

• Lead QE activities for the designated domain
• Plan and drive sprint testing, automation execution, and release sign-off
• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases
• Use AI assisted testing solutions to accelerate the testing tasks (test generation, smart test selection, failure insights, self healing concepts)
• Follow QE standards, processes, and continuous improvement practices

• Hands‑on QE leadership – 5-6 years
• Automation:
  Selenium / Playwright, REST API – 4-6 years
• Programming Language:
  Java / C# / Python / Typescript – 3-5 years
• SQL knowledge – 3-5 years
• AI driven quality insights – 1-2 years
• Gitlab, CI/CD tools – 2-4 years
• Manual Testing – 4-6 years
• Test Management tools: JIRA, Qtest – 3-5 years
• Analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills – strong

$78,000–$117,000

Full‑time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro‑rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty.
