Lead Quality Engineer – Lead II - Software Testing
UST is searching for a Lead Quality Engineer who will design and develop automation scripts using Selenium (Java)/Playwright (Typescript), Appium and REST API frameworks.
Responsibilities- Lead QE activities for the designated domain
- Plan and drive sprint testing, automation execution, and release sign-off
- Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases
- Use AI assisted testing solutions to accelerate the testing tasks (test generation, smart test selection, failure insights, self healing concepts)
- Follow QE standards, processes, and continuous improvement practices
- Hands‑on QE leadership – 5-6 years
- Automation:
Selenium / Playwright, REST API – 4-6 years - Programming Language:
Java / C# / Python / Typescript – 3-5 years - SQL knowledge – 3-5 years
- AI driven quality insights – 1-2 years
- Gitlab, CI/CD tools – 2-4 years
- Manual Testing – 4-6 years
- Test Management tools: JIRA, Qtest – 3-5 years
- Analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills – strong

Compensation Range$78,000–$117,000
