Driver Position

Drivers are responsible for transporting Verus materials across pre-assigned routes for pickups and deliveries of products to customers, third party vendors, and company sites.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performs daily vehicle maintenance and maintains clean delivery vehicles to display a professional and organized delivery
• Ensures proper handling, operating and maintenance of all trucks and equipment in a manner that will avoid staff injury or damage to the vehicle, equipment or merchandise
• A solid work ethic, ability to work independently as a self-starter, and reliable team player
• Ability to provide direction, and maintain accurate records
• Flexibility to work throughout the week, day-shift schedule, weekends and holidays as required, in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to pass DOT requirements, a - Owner of safety for the area.
• All operators/visitors to area are following safety policy, wearing proper PPE, etc.

  Physical Requirements:
  
  Standard physical requirements to include the ability to sit and stand for multiple hours at a time;
  Reaching walking;
  Pulling, pushing, lifting 75 lbs. or less;
  Atmospheric conditions, oils/coolants.
• Forklift experience preferred
• Other assignments as requested by management.
