IMMEDIATELY HIRING! Lead Aircraft Maintenance Technician, full-time opportunity in Wichita, KS. Lead technician responsible for the overall maintenance and safety of the fleet. Qualified to support the King Air C90 airframe. This role helps manage the team to maintain and deliver timely, high-quality transportation services and patient care.
Starting Salary
: 76,752 – 111,946 annually (including 20% geo modifier) •
IA Stipend 2,080 •
Lead stipend 6,240 •
Sign-On Bonus 12,500 •
Schedule M-F or 4/10
- Maintain and service aircraft, including mechanical inspections, screening, and repairs.
- Manage inventory checks to ensure stock of supplies and equipment, update the equipment tracking log, place replacement requests, and document part expenditures.
- Document service paperwork and FAA information as required; adhere to policies and procedures; comply with the company’s information security standards.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment for the aircraft maintenance team and flight crew.
- Facilitate coordination between departments, vendors, and team members using appropriate communication methods.
- Collaborate professionally with allied health and public safety personnel, AMTs, and the operations team.
Required Qualifications
- Five (5) years turboprop and/or turbine powered fixed-wing experience
- Valid Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license
- Valid State issued Driver's license
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Federal Aviation Regulations knowledge
- EMS Systems, Aircraft maintenance systems, records and maintenance support and planning
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including overtime and 24/7 on-call rotations
- Must be acceptable in accordance with the FAA drug and alcohol testing program
- Must be able to push and/or pull 100+ lbs
- Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs
- King Air C90 maintenance experience
- FAA Inspection Authorization Certificate
- Related experience under 14 CFR Part 135
- Autopilot maintenance experience
- Avionics and electrical repair experience
