Delivery Associate​/Delivery Driver

Become a Delivery Associate / Driver with Full Sail Delivery. No previous work experience required.

• Full Sail Delivery is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner.
• We deliver packages to Wichita, KS and surrounding areas every day.
• We are looking for dedicated individuals who are motivated to work smart and hard in a team environment.
• As a delivery driver, you will be the face of our company.
• You will consistently exceed customer expectations by making sure all orders are delivered with a smile, on time, safely, and to the correct location.
• We are hiring full-time driving positions in Wichita, KS.

• Load vans and deliver packages by driving, climbing in and out of the vehicle, and walking upstairs and through driveways in all weather conditions.
• Deliver packages safely and punctually; work about 4-5 days a week in 10‑hour shifts.
• Work weekends and holidays.
• Follow strict safety standards on and off the road.
• Solve problems independently using critical thinking skills.
• Maintain a positive can‑do attitude.
• Operate an electronic device for GPS and daily records.
• Interact with Amazon customers and the public in a professional and positive manner.

• We provide on‑the‑job training.
• Be 21 years of age or older with ability to read and speak English.
• Valid driver’s license in the state of employment (CDL not required).
• Consent to a drug test.
• Operate and navigate a delivery van weighing 10,000 lbs or less (no personal vehicle required) or other large delivery vehicles weighing 26,000 lbs or less.
• Lift a maximum of 70 pounds during a 10‑hour shift.
• Handle stressful driving demands, including inclement weather.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills.

• Amazon partners with local DSPs (Delivery Service Partners) to deliver thousands of packages every day.
• As an employee of a DSP, you work directly for the DSP operating out of a local Amazon delivery station.

• Base wages of $21.50/hr
