CDL A Drivers Earn $2180+/WK On Dedicated Account Home Weekly (Full Time) Types of Jobs:

Class A drivers (with one‑year verifiable Class A experience in the last three years) are looking for the guarantee of a salary, extra pay per shipment and great benefits while getting home weekly. Drivers average pay is $113,000 per year.
These deliveries are 100% touch (the freight is preloaded and the trailer is hook‑and‑go). A driver’s average pay is $2,190 per week with deliveries running the Northeast.
Drivers will be home weekly (not guaranteed weekends). They may take trucks home but must have a secure place to park. After training, drivers may bring a rider and a pet with them.
URINE DRUG TEST ONLYDrivers must never have failed or refused any type of drug test, even if they have completed SAP.
JOB PAY AND SUMMARY- Drivers will pick up loads at the DC just outside of Rome, NY. Trailers will be preloaded and drivers will hook and go.
- Drivers are paid a daily salary of $215 per day and then $300 for every trailer unloaded. Drivers average about 900‑1200 miles per week and complete three loads.
- Drivers will make between 2‑4 stops per trailer. Deliveries are made by the driver putting boxes that weigh between 1‑35 lbs on a conveyor belt that goes into the store. Store personnel will take it from there; drivers do not do inventory or merchandising; they only unload the truck.
- When the driver takes their 34‑hour reset at home, many times they will still be on a load. When their week starts they finish the deliveries then head back to DC for the next load.
- Orientation will take place in Dayton and is generally about 2 days. The company pays for transportation, hotel and meals and you are paid $85 per day for orientation.
- Training is generally 3‑5 days. You will either double bunk with the trainer or get your truck first and follow the trainer. Neither option is guaranteed; you must be willing to go with either option. Training is paid at the daily rate.
- After training you may bring a rider and a dog with you while you run.

- Must live in any of the following states; however do not hire in the Bors or Long Island. NY, CT, MD, MA and RI
- Drivers must be 21 years old and have one full year of Class A experience. Experience can be local, regional or OTR.
- CDL must be in state of current residence when you apply.
- May not have more than 3 jobs in the last year and no more than 6 jobs in the last three years.
- May have two DOT Recordable accidents in the last three years, except for the following which you may not have in the last three years:
- No major traffic violation
- Preventable rear end
- No rollovers
- Must not have been terminated from most recent job for any reason. Company evaluates employer’s verification.
- You may have one of the following moving violations in your personal vehicle in the last three years but none in a commercial vehicle:
- 15+
- Reckless
- Following too closely
- Texting or using handheld device
- No felonies in the last 7 years (non‑sexual crimes) and no misdemeanors in the last three years.
