Responsibilities:

• Monitor shipments and identify exceptions.
• Contact carriers regarding late pickups, delivery risks, and appointment issues.
• Escalate service failures and coordinate recovery plans.
• Maintain transportation tracking dashboards and alert systems.
• Support order changes and load updates.
• Provide status updates to plants, customer service, and transportation managers.
• Document shipment exceptions and recovery actions.
• Support hypercare and customer-critical load monitoring.

Job Overview:
Responsible for proactive shipment monitoring, carrier communication, and transportation execution support. Monitors loads from pickup through delivery, identifies service risks, communicates exceptions to stakeholders, expedites delayed shipments, manages transportation inboxes and visibility systems, supports order changes, and ensures timely customer and plant communication to prevent service disruptions and customer shutdowns.
