Production Support Staff

We are seeking a dependable and detail‑oriented Production Support Staff to support our production and field operations teams. This role is responsible for managing warehouse inventory, coordinating materials and equipment for job sites, maintaining company vehicles, and ensuring the warehouse and equipment are safe, organized, and fully operational. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and able to communicate effectively with both field and office teams.

What

You’ll Do
  • Own and manage all inventory processes, including ordering, tracking inflow, and maintaining accurate stock levels
  • Conduct weekly inventory counts and ensure inventory records are up to date
  • Pick up and return leftover materials from job sites
  • Pick up repair materials and flashings as needed
  • Monitor warehouse materials and ensure all items are organized and accessible
  • Maintain accurate records of materials, equipment, and inventory usage
  • Deliver materials and equipment to job sites as needed
  • Pick up equipment from job sites and ensure they are emptied
  • Provide general support to field teams and fill in for Field Production Foremen (FPFs) when needed
  • Ensure equipment is available, fueled and ready for use
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
  • Ensure safe storage and handling of all materials and equipment
  • Perform basic maintenance and repairs on company box trucks and flatbeds
  • Keep all vehicles clean and in good working condition
  • Follow all company safety procedures
  • Ensure safe handling, storage, and transport of materials and equipment
  • Communicate regularly with the Head of Production, Production Manager, Field Production Foremen, and Production Planning Manager
  • Support coordination between warehouse operations and field needs
What You Bring

The ability to work well with others, communicate and take direction.
This position does require the candidate to be at least 21 years of age or older for insurance purposes
.

Skills:
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
  • Valid driver’s license with clean record (required)
  • Ability to lift and move materials as needed
  • Experience with inventory management or warehouse operations preferred
  • Forklift experience (or willingness to learn) preferred
  • Mechanical aptitude for basic vehicle maintenance is a plus
Physical & Work Requirements
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 100 lbs
  • Frequent walking, standing, climbing ladders, and accessing roofs
  • Clear vision, hearing, and communication abilities
  • Regular use of computers and mobile devices
  • Work performed in both office and field environments
  • Exposure to weather, heights, noise, and jobsite conditions
  • Occasional early mornings, evenings, or adjusted hours to meet project deadlines or customer needs

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, occasional after-hours needs
