Role Summary
The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for ensuring the accurate receipt, inspection, handling, and documentation of inventory within the warehouse facility. Key duties include verifying part numbers and quantities against paperwork, screening for damage, segregating damaged items, safely handling and packaging parts, and completing electronic transactions in the Warehouse Management System (WMS). The role supports inventory integrity and efficient warehouse operations.
Principal Responsibilities- Work with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.
- Assist in prepping parts for receipt and picking parts to fulfill orders.
- Conduct inventory cycle counts to ensure accuracy and completeness of inventory records.
- Manage the dock area efficiently as a Dock Hand, coordinating the flow of goods and ensuring timely loading and unloading of shipments.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Verify part numbers and quantities of incoming inventory against packing slips or other documentation.
- Conduct visual inspections to identify damage, defects, or discrepancies, segregating damaged items per company guidelines.
- Safely handle and pack parts using appropriate materials and techniques.

Compensation$21.91 an hour (exactly $21.91 – $21.91 per hour). Compensation determined by experience, skills, education, certifications, and location.
ScheduleMonday‑Friday 5:00 am–1:30 pm, 1st shift.
