Order Filler Picker

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Order Picker / Packer to join our team performing order fulfillment tasks across multiple departments including inbound, outbound, auto store, domestic and international shipping, and receiving. The role involves preparing products for shipment, verifying accuracy, and handling material with a Warehouse Management System.

Position:
Order Filler Picker

Shift: 1st shift
Pay: $18.65 per hour

• Minimum 1 year experience in order fulfillment as an Order Picker and Packer with cross‑trained skills across inbound, outbound, auto store, domestic and international shipping and receiving.
• Preparing product for safe shipment and verifying accuracy utilizing computer, shipping label and/or packing list.
• Experience with a Warehouse Management System such as JDA, Red Prairie, Blue Yonder, Manhattan or SAP.
• Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 90% of the shift) and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsible for safe, secure, and accurate filling of customer orders. Replenish or pick product with direction from pick sheets or handheld computer, obtaining merchandise from bins or shelves to fill the order.

• Efficiently pick customer orders or shipments ensuring the correct number and type of product is loaded and shipped.
• Accurately count product inventory by location.
• Transport orders to shipping locations using non‑powered material handling equipment.
• Assist in physical inventories. Required
  
  Education and Experience
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (preferred).
  • 0 to 12 months experience in a warehouse setting (preferred).
