2nd Shift Warehouse Supervisor

Overall Goal of Position: Be an integral part of keeping our products moving and ensuring customers receive the right products on time.

Shift: 2nd Shift (5:00 pm – 3:30 am, Monday–Friday; weekends as needed)

Job Summary: The 2nd Shift Warehouse Supervisor oversees daily warehouse operations during the evening shift, ensuring safety, productivity, accuracy, and team performance. This role leads a team of warehouse associates in shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment while maintaining compliance with company policies and operational standards.

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities on the 2nd shift
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of warehouse associates
• Monitor productivity, accuracy, and quality standards
• Ensure timely and accurate order picking, packing, and shipping
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and proper procedures
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA guidelines
• Investigate and report accidents, incidents, or safety concerns
• Manage staffing levels, schedules, and shift coverage
• Train new hires and provide ongoing team development
• Communicate effectively with other shifts and departments for continuity
• Identify process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment (forklifts, scanners, etc.)

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; college degree preferred
• 2‑5 years of warehouse experience, with 1‑2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations (shipping, receiving, inventory)
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Experience operating forklifts and operating PITS as needed

• Frequently required to stand, walk, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach and grasp with hands and arms
• Regularly lift or move up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable working in warehouse conditions (temperature variations, noise, etc.)
