General Laborer

Carroll Construction Supply is in need of a General Laborer who will assist with loading and unloading trucks, cleaning and handling concrete forms, and other warehouse duties. The role includes operating a shearing machine to cut & bend reinforcing steel bars to specific lengths and shapes. The candidate will use a forklift to assist with the loading and movement of product.

The warehouse team plays a big role in day‑to‑day operations, working closely with others to ensure load accuracy and that the product is delivered right and on time.

• Previous knowledge and experience in the building materials industry is beneficial
• Forklift experience preferred but not required
• Extremely motivated and upbeat personality is a must
• Driven for success and willing to go the extra mile is key
