The Warehouse Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Wichita, KS. This role involves receiving, unloading, and organizing incoming shipments, as well as packing and preparing outgoing orders according to company standards and client requirements. The Warehouse Associate will operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified), maintain accurate inventory records, and help keep the warehouse clean, safe, and efficient.
Daily responsibilities also include checking items for damage, labeling and staging products for delivery, and collaborating with team members to meet project timelines and quality expectations.
- Demonstrated skills in Shipping & Receiving, including accurate documentation and inventory handling.
- Hands-on experience with Packing and Unloading, ensuring safe, efficient movement and protection of goods.
- Ability to operate a Forklift and Pallet Jack in a warehouse environment (current certification for forklift operation is preferred).
- Attention to detail, reliability, and strong organizational skills in a fast-paced setting.
- Ability to lift and move materials safely, stand for extended periods, and follow safety procedures.
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience is beneficial.
- Comfort working as part of a team, with clear communication and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
